{"id":2165,"date":"2026-03-15T06:05:48","date_gmt":"2026-03-15T11:05:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.biblestudyradio.org\/?p=2165"},"modified":"2026-03-15T06:05:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-15T11:05:48","slug":"exodus-program-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biblestudyradio.org\/?p=2165","title":{"rendered":"Exodus (Program #5)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-13\" src=\"https:\/\/www.biblestudyradio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/bible.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"133\" height=\"150\" \/>Exodus (Program #5) &#8211; God&#8217;s Calling of the Prepared One (1)<\/p>\n<p>Israel, out of the pain of their suffering and under the oppressive hand of Pharaoh in Egypt cried out to God to save them.\u00a0 These cries were heard and God was moved in His compassion to rescue His people.\u00a0 Yet He tarry for 80 years before coming in to save them.\u00a0 Have you ever been forced to wait for God to answer your crying out to Him?\u00a0 Why does God often make us wait?\u00a0 The surprising answer may be that God is really waiting for us.<\/p>\n<p>We are going to see today that God was deeply motivated by the cries of His people, Israel and He wanted to deliver them from the tyranny that they were under in Egypt.\u00a0 But He delayed taking action for a long period of time.\u00a0 We can all relate to having to wait for the Lord.
