The Decree of the Kingdom&#8217;s Constitution (6)<\/p>\n<p>Matthew 5:17 says &#8220;Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets; I have not come to abolish, but to fulfill.&#8221;\u00a0 Yet in other places in the New Testament we are told that the law has been done away with.\u00a0\u00a0 This has made the subject of the law a subject of great controversy and debate on Christians for hundreds of years.\u00a0 In the Old Testament it was clear that God dealt with His people through the principle of the law.\u00a0 But in the New Testament that principle has been replaced by the principle of faith.\u00a0 So does that mean that the believers now has no obligations to conduct themselves according to the high standard of Scriptures?<\/p>\n<div itemscope itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/AudioObject\"><meta itemprop=\"name\" content=\"Matthew (Program #18)\" \/><meta itemprop=\"uploadDate\" content=\"2026-03-01T06:05:24-05:00\" \/><meta itemprop=\"encodingFormat\" content=\"audio\/mpeg\" \/><meta itemprop=\"description\" content=\"Matthew (Program #18) - The Decree of the Kingdom's Constitution (6)\r\n\r\nMatthew 5:17 says &quot;Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets;
