{"id":7945,"date":"2026-05-01T06:05:21","date_gmt":"2026-05-01T11:05:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.biblestudyradio.org\/?p=7945"},"modified":"2026-05-01T06:05:21","modified_gmt":"2026-05-01T11:05:21","slug":"mark-program-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biblestudyradio.org\/?p=7945","title":{"rendered":"Mark (Program #4)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-7676\" src=\"https:\/\/www.biblestudyradio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/bible_light.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>Mark (Program #4) &#8211; The Beginning of the Gospel and the Initiation of the Slave-Savior (2)<\/p>\n<p>Each of the four gospels is unique in how it begins.\u00a0 The gospel of John begins with Jesus Christ in eternity past.\u00a0 Matthew began with the generations of Jesus Christ the Son of David, the king.\u00a0 Luke also presents us with the genealogy but not in the line of the kingship.\u00a0 Luke&#8217;s introduction shows us Jesus as the genuine and proper man.<\/p>\n<p>Mark on the other hand does not begin with any reference to the origin of the man, Jesus.  Rather it begins this way. &#8220;<em>The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God<\/em>,&#8221; Notice is not the gospel of Jesus or the gospel of the Son of God. But the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
